Timeframe of Returns
All items must be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt, items must be unused, in original condition with original packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories.
Restocking Fee
Correctly filled orders are subject to a minimum 20% ($10.00 minimum) restocking fee.
Cancelled/refused orders are also subject to the restocking fee.
Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for shipping charges, unless the cause for the return is a Pump & Meter Solutions error. Shipping charges must be prepaid on all return shipments.
Heavy or oversize items that shipped via freight carrier are subject to return freight charges.
Insurance Recommended
Pump & Meter Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged. We recommend you insure all returns.
Non-Returnable Products
Any custom-made, manufactured to order, special order, or clearance products cannot be returned unless there is an error by Pump & Meter Solutions, Inc. or a vendor error.
