Shipping Methods & Carrier Selection

Small Packages (typically under 150 lbs):
Shipped via UPS Ground, providing reliable and traceable delivery across the U.S.

Oversized or Heavy Equipment (e.g., Bulk Pumps, Ag Systems):
Delivered via XPO Freight or another trusted freight carrier, ideal for large or palletized items.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

Shipping Rates:
Determined by the carrier based on overall order weight, dimensions, shipment distance, and delivery options selected.

Delivery Estimates:
UPS Ground:* 1–5 business days, depending on destination.
Freight Delivery (e.g., XPO):* Typically 3–7 business days for regional shipments; transit times may vary.

Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders are custom-packaged with care to ensure optimal protection.

Standard Processing Time: Within 24 hours after order confirmation.

Once dispatched, customers receive shipping confirmation, including carrier details, tracking number, and estimated delivery date via email.

Tracking Your Shipment

For UPS Ground shipments:
Customers can track delivery via the UPS tracking number provided.

For Freight Deliveries:
Tracking information or a link will be included in the shipping confirmation. For inquiries, customers may contact the assigned carrier or reach out to our Customer Service at CustomerService@PumpAndMeter.com or 317‑877‑7867.

Delivery Terms & Receiving the Shipment

UPS Ground: Signature upon delivery is waived.

Freight Shipments (XPO or Similar):
Delivered to the curbside by default.

Inspect Upon Arrival:
Customers should inspect all items for visible damage. If damage is found, refuse delivery and contact Customer Service promptly.
